We ship our products from a warehouse in southern Indiana near Indianapolis.

Yes, our jerky is 100% Halal Grass-Fed beef.

Mamas Beef Jerky was established in March, 2021.

We use a dehydrator to dry the meat.

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Play, PayPal, Venmo as well as Cashapp.

Orders will be processed within 1-3 days from the order date and shipped the next day. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders during the week as well as weekends.

Depending on the time of the year and which shipment service you selected, you should receive your order anywhere from 1-8 business days.

If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Please contact us at info@mamasbeefjerky.com to submit a request. All returns must be in its original form, seal intact, and not tampered to be eligible for refunds.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
