We ship our products from a warehouse in southern Indiana near Indianapolis as well as northern Texas.

Mamas Beef Jerky was established in March, 2021.

We use a dehydrator to dry the meat.

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Play, PayPal, Venmo as well as Cashapp.

Orders will be processed within 1-3 days from the order date and shipped the next day. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders during the week as well as weekends.

Depending on the time of the year and which shipment service you selected, you should receive your order anywhere from 1-12 business days.

If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
